₊˚๑🎀 ︰INTRODUCTION:♡﹒These terms will govern the relationship between the artist and the client during a purchase.₊˚๑🎀 ︰PAYMENT:♡﹒Payment must be made via Paypal or another previously agreed-upon method of payment.♡﹒Full payment is required before work stars, unless half payment is agreed upon after draft approval♡﹒and the other half upon completion of the work.♡﹒Urgent commissions incur an additional cost ranging from $50.00 to $300.00.₊˚๑🎀 ︰DELIVERY DEADLINE:♡﹒The delivery time typically ranges from one to four weeks after the start of the project, starting from the draft approval and after receiving at least half of the payment.♡﹒The finished artwork will be delivered via email or through a high-quality sharing link, upon payment confirmation.₊˚๑🎀 ︰REFUND:♡﹒You can request a refund before I start the work, in which case, 100% of the value will be refunded.
If you request a refund after work has begun, only half of the value will be refunded, and you will lose rights to the artwork.♡﹒Customers who choose to pay the full amount before the start of the artwork have priority on the waiting list.♡﹒Refunds will not be accepted when the work is in its final stages or after the artwork has been completed.

During the creation process, the artist commits to keeping the client informed about the progress. This includes updates regarding the draft, line art, base colors, and finalization. The client will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback at each stage.

₊˚๑🎀 ︰INTRODUÇÃO:♡﹒ Esses termos vão reger a relação entre artista e cliente durante uma compra.₊˚๑🎀 ︰PAGAMENTO:♡﹒O pagamento deve ser realizado via Pix ou outro método de pagamento previamente acordado.♡﹒ O pagamento completo é exigido antes do início do trabalho, a menos que seja acordado o pagamento de metade após a aprovação do rascunho e a outra metade após a finalização do trabalho.♡﹒ Os clientes que optarem por pagar o valor integral antes do início da arte possuem prioridade na lista de espera.♡﹒ Em comissões com prazo de urgência é adicionado um custo adicional que podem variar de R$50,00 a R$150,00.₊˚๑🎀 ︰PRAZO DE ENTREGA:♡﹒O prazo de entrega geralmente varia de uma a quatro semanas após o início do projeto, contando a partir da aprovação do rascunho e após receber pelo menos metade do pagamento.♡﹒A arte finalizada será entregue por e-mail ou por meio de um link de compartilhamento em alta qualidade, após a confirmação do pagamento.₊˚๑🎀 ︰REEMBOLSO:♡﹒Você pode solicitar um reembolso antes de eu iniciar o trabalho, e nesse caso, será feita a devolução de 100% do valor.♡﹒ Se você solicitar um reembolso após o início da arte, será reembolsado apenas metade do valor, e você perderá os direitos sobre a obra.♡﹒Reembolsos não serão aceitos quando o trabalho estiver nas etapas finais ou após a arte ter sido finalizada.

Durante o processo de criação, o artista se compromete a manter o cliente informado sobre o progresso. Isso inclui atualizações em relação ao rascunho, lineart, cores base e finalização. O cliente terá a oportunidade de revisar e fornecer feedback em cada estágio.
